If it is not right, say so and we will rework it. If you decide not to travel with us at all, you owe us nothing.

A 20% deposit confirms your dates and lets us hold your hotels and your chauffeur-guide. Nothing is paid until you have the written itinerary in front of you with every cost set out in it.

After that our booking policy is deliberately flexible: free date adjustments, and a full deposit refund for cancellations made up to 21 days before arrival. The full policy is set out further down this page.

As a guide, our 7 to 8 day Classic Island Highlights tour typically averages between $950 and $1,400 per person, based on double occupancy, 3 to 4 star boutique hotel accommodation, daily breakfast and dinner, a private air-conditioned vehicle with a dedicated chauffeur-guide, and entry permits to key heritage sites. Your own quotation is priced around your route, your dates and the hotels you choose.

Entry permits to the key heritage sites on your route are included in the tour price, so you are not queueing at a ticket window with a card in your hand.

Your written itinerary lists exactly which entries are covered. Anything you add later — an optional safari jeep, a site you decide to visit on the day — is priced and agreed before you commit to it.

No. Your chauffeur-guide’s meals and accommodation are our responsibility and are already built into the price you were quoted. You will never be handed a bill for them at a hotel desk.

Yes. If you would rather skip a temple and stay by the pool, say so. Your itinerary is a plan, not a timetable you are obliged to keep.

We arrange the train leg as part of your itinerary and your chauffeur-guide meets you with the vehicle at the other end, so your luggage travels with the car and you travel light.
